History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Peren was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Animal Trainer. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Fletcher father left her crippled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Thiala wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
