History: Vola was born the youngest of three triplets. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Synthrin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
