History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Interpreter, Purban learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
