Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Phelaia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.
