History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Thradal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
