History: Born in the south to a Junk Dealer, Veloptima learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and balancing her hectic life and new junk dealer responsibilities is difficult

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Thokk and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
