History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Assassin like his mother before him.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and further expansion of business

Description: He is a mite stocky and dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His lavender fur is braided into rings. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Courier. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.
