Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has a dull look in her green eyes.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Bryseis's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Bryseis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.

History: Patrin was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
