She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the east to a Shepherd, Verin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She became a Shepherd soon after.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
