History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Pearl was taken on many hunting expeditions. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her fur is cut close to her head. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are yellow.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Left-Handed was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His black hair is cut short. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Therlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
