History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After months of barely getting by, Brogg managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
