History: Nemeia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Nemeia has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length blue hair. She has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: Astaro is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Astaro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her pastel robe. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Avice was born with her father's beautiful face. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Being a Soapmaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and further expansion of business

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Halfling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To be a Masseuse again; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion
