Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Ahinar's homeland. Ahinar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Rieta lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants to open a new tavern
