However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Maegan was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
