History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Burgell was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Architect. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Cecily hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and many dire rats want her driven away

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stylist responsibilities is difficult; and he desires power and/or immortality
