History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she feels threatened by others

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
