History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Criella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Criella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Criella was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a Painter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
