History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His tied-back hair is white. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has worked as a Painter like his father before him.
