History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Mason. He has worked as a Mason like his mother before him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and balancing his hectic life and new mason responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Varis was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Ruler like his mother before him.
