History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born into a rich family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: This man is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, green shirt, and tan tie, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ugarth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ugarth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
