Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is portly but not overly obese. He has brown hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has amber eyes and a white hat with a green feather.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roge isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Roge is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Roge was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. She tends to her Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is greedy
