History: Galiena hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody.
