History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Courier. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in the north to a Dyer, Whurdred learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
