Description: He prefers to wear violet clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries with him a set of sickles, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is cut close to his head. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'2". She wears a white collared shirt and black skirt. She accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Layabout but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born in the south. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To be a Slave Trader again.

Description: She is in excellent shape and tends to wear a yellow poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Emma lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.
