Personality: Rathkran wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
