Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thea embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Miner arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he's in love
