History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Server. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oskar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
