History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Anselm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the east to a Crown-heir, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Dayereth was born with his father's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
