Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a white costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Kelter took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a brown vest and prefers blue and violet shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is red and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Standing 5'2", this man is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Description: She dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a white coat with grey slacks, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'3" when asserting herself. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents enrolled her in a Cleric school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and money/treasure

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
