History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Carrie's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
