History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. Description: An older woman who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull brown iron scale mail, she is not a threatening figure. Her yellow fur is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shivering grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shivering. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
