Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. His white crest is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Bidreked was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bidreked decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Menny was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
