He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Oskar was born with his mother's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
