History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Oskar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Egelina was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Nim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
