History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Bather.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: Agatha lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She got into the Seamstress business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Seamstress and found it very stressful. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
