History: Tricking was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ralf studied abroad. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Egelina's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. The war was a terrible time for her, and Egelina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the north. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Egelina was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
