History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
