History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Srorthen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Salanop has worked very hard to control her curse. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
