Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Koeth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
