Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He has green eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. He has a very tight haircut. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Chay is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Chay lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Butcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Geoffrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Geoffrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion
