Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Oskar was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
