Description: An older woman who likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Lavinia liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her crest is short and blue. Her eyes are likewise red.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Blacksmith and was forced into it by her family.

Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her white hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jacoba does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively, and he perpetually has his bastard sword ready. His hair is blue, silky, and of moderate length. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Crown-heir. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Qemuel was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Crown-heir and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His ears are large.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Krimmon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
