History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Veloptima grew up listening to her mother's many stories. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: This man wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a longbow on his belt. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Rael is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a brown shirt, with a grey mid length skirt with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for her, and Helja does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Helja never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rangrim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rangrim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
