Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are copper.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Art is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A 3'0" eastern woman, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has no hair. She has blue eyes and a red hat with a grey feather.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Dee was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dee decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: Standing 6'3", this man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red crest is thinning but still full. His ears are large.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Slave Trader kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
