During his travels, Godfrey and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Godfrey discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Godfrey fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Navigator mother left him crippled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's in love

History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Quick was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Guard. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
