Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull white iron scale mail. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Skoth and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Her hair is long and black with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small blue clips. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Waywocket was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Waywocket decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mormo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mormo. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
