History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Whurdred grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: He is a Bookbinder first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Performer father left him crippled. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Oriax was born with his mother's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
