History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Description: This dark-skinned male is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is white, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is white and curly. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vola grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
