Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eleanor grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Architect business.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To be a Tanner again; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
