History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Egelina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Egelina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Egelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
